Therefore, you will not be able to use the app if you do not download it. You will also need to restart your computer once the download has completely downloaded into your computer.
The second step is to connect your phone to the computer. In order to do this, you will need to connect your iPhone’s cable that you use for charging it to the iPhone and the USB port of the computer. If you find that your computer does not have a USB port, then you are going to need a USB adapter for your computer.
The third step is to click on the Device Icon This icon is going to be shaped like the iPhone and will be located on the left side of the iTunes window. When you clock on it, a summary page will open up.
The fourth step is to clock on the restore backup button. This button is located on the right side of the backups section close to the top of the page. You might need to turn off the find my iPhone feature because you do anything else. It might be a good idea to create a new backup of the phone first so that you have the ability to return to the present state of your phone. All that you have to do in order to create a new backup is click on Back Up Now.
The fifth step is to click on the iPhone name when you are asked to do so. This will make a drop down appear on the screen.
The sixth step is to click a backup date. The backup date will need to be the date when the deleted messages were still on the phone.
The seventh step is to click on the restore button. This restore button is on the right side of the backups area on the page. This is what is going to prompt your phone to begin backing up. It should be password protected, so you are going to need to enter the password.
The eighth step is to make sure that you wait on your phone to finish restoring. Once the phone has restored, you should be able to see all of your deleted text messages inside of the Messages application. This app is green with a white speech bubble icon.
